Q. What are your Museum Collection textured print reproductions made from?

A. Arius replications use special elevated printing panel and the highest grade archival inks.

Q. Can I order different frames?

A. We are only able to offer one frames option for each replication.

Q. What is a Certificate of Authenticity?

A. A certificate of authenticity guarantees that the replication has been authorized by the museum that owns the artwork.

Q. How can I re-frame my replications?

A. We recommend that you have your replication reframed by a professional framer.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Q. Can I track the progress of my order?

A. You will receive a tracking email for your order. Contact customer service should you not receive a tracking email.

Q. My replication arrived damaged, what can I do?

A. Please contact customer service

Q. How can I clean my replication?

A. Using only water, use a slightly moist microfiber cloth or lint-free silk cloth to clean the replication.

Q. Can I use chemical cleaners on my frame?

A. No – chemical cleaners may damage the replication.
